Annual Report Design and Print for GCHA

GCHA was formed in 1964 by members of the local churches who recognised the growing need for affordable rented housing in the area. GCHA has grown steadily over the years and now manages just under 600 properties and has established itself locally as a valued part of the community.

This is the second version of the Annual Report we have produced for GCHA and we developed a fresh design, with a clean, easy read layout. The use of infographics was used to illustrate key points and facts.
